Dear Families,
Get ready—the Scholastic Book Fair is coming to our school! This is a great opportunity to connect with your child over the thrill of bringing home new books to dive into. Studies show that kids read more when they choose books for themselves. And fostering a love of independent reading leads to a variety of benefits—including academic success and improved mental health.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Book Fair:
Dates: September 30th - October 3rd.
Parents can come and shop between 7:30 -8:00 am every morning. Students will shop during media/guidance classes.
We will also be open during our Title 1 Night and after until 7:30 pm.
Here is our Book Fair Homepage -
https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/levelcrosselementaryschool1
I will send flyers home tomorrow and post more about our E-Wallet option before next week.

Please click the link below for a transcript of the phone message from the Superintendent to parents on 9/20/24 regarding the early release on Thursday, September 26.
